Order Processing Time
Standard Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Peak Season Processing
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or special events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday sales), processing times may be extended to 2-4 business days.
We'll notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.
